Kidney Problems

I have kidney stone in both the kidneys for left it is multipule with 13 mm and 4 and 6 mm and i have already do one surgery for this in 2010 and stone again appear in this kidney and in Right kidney it is 4 and 5 mm stone found pls suggest me what to do ?Because alredy ine operation i have done for this problem and now i dont want to do surgery again.

I had sevre pain in kidney area from past two day's, earlier i thought its becaouse of gas but i dont think so ot is related to that, i feel pain when i twist , bend or make some movement pr breath heavily. I had alcohol 3 days back but i dont do much alcohol. Could it be kidney stone or some other problem in kidney.

Daily basis am urine comes 8 to 10 times on daily basis but no pain no fever and my bladder irrate when i urinate so can you advice me really scared abt this and am working Bpo night shifts because of that cannt even sleep properly

My period only last for two days n after it I experience fever n right sided stomach pain then I did ultrasound n it said I have hydronephrosis. What should I do

I am diabetic from last 9 years. 4 days back routine check up done and following r d observations FBS 96.6 PP 142 Doctor reports are attached. One concern is low egfr I am doing heavy bodybuilding exercise from last 6 months where I m using whey protein 32 GM per serving twice in a day along with 8-10 eggs and 2 tablets of multivitamin. My doctor is saying to stop protein intake where I have limit the intake of protein and not having egg in my diet. Is it really IMP to stop whey protein even if I will take care of hydration. Pls suggest.... Is there any alternative available for not stopping protein...This is the first time when eGFR reports cones low. Pls suggest
