Kidney Problems

My uroflow is about 13 ml/sec and ultrasound results show some retention of urine in bladder. Urine tests are normal. However, I have some strain in lower abdomen. The pain increases when I run or do physical exercises. Can you recommend any medications or exercises? I have started taking Neeri and doing butterfly exercise. I'm not going to the gym to avoid pain. Thanks.
