Kidney Problems

Please find my reports and just tell me that what is the actual problem and how can it be cure. Symptoms is which I feeling light fever some times. What precaution should I take or my report are normal. Thanks

One or two drop of urine coming after urination.I have no pain during or after urination .No frequent urination.NO burning sensation.Is it normal or some problem.

I'm urinating non stop even if i don't drink any liquid. And get a heavy burning sensation when I urinate.
