Frequent passing of urine and stools

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have hpylori, IBS , pcod and urine infection ,i have to go bathroom 20 to 30 times a day to urinate and for motions as it never comes out openly in one attempt , i have tried allopathic medicines but they give me a lot of side effects that are now unbearable for me . So what should i do which could help me with this urination and motions problem?
