I’ve been experiencing frequent urinary tract infections — about 12 episodes since February 2024. Each time, I consult a doctor and take antibiotics for ~10 days, which helps temporarily, but the infection returns within 1–2 months. This has been very frustrating.
I’ve also been taking cranberry tablets, but the problem persists. Whenever I have an infection, I get a urine test and urine culture done (both before and after treatment). The reports return to normal after completing the course, but the infection keeps recurring irrespective and maintaining the hygiene
Could you please advise on what further steps or preventive measures I should take to manage or avoid these frequent infections?
