Kidney Problems

Hi Doctor, I have been diagnosed with kidney stones. Attached is my ultrasound report. One stone is stucked in my Urinary tract and causing pain while urinatingb and a lot of discomfort. Its been around 10 days with the similar condition. I am drinking a lot of water  and taking  a homeopathy medicine "Burberis vulgaris. But my situation is not improving.. Please suggest.

I have a polyp value 5.2mm ×4.3mm what is the value mean. Please explain me

Whenever I go to toilet I'm not getting proper pressure and if I will try to push it from myself it will be slow then before. Please suggest me the solution and symptoms for the same.

Ive been having this lower back pain that comes and goes.. its either near one love handle or the next time it goes to the other love handle area (right next to the pant line) is this kidney related? Pain comes and goes and its a discomfort.. feels like a jab or a harsher poke
