Having frequent urine In small small amount For every glass if water I have to go for urine at least 3-4 times Had same problem 5-6 years ago Tested for kidney stone but no stones found

I have 3 stones in my right kidney of size 4.5mm lower pole, 4.4mm in upper pole , 4 in midmm pole. and 1 stone in my left kidney in mid pole of sizr 3.9mm. Please suggest the diet plan for my condition, I found this first time in sep 2016 at that there was only one in my right kidney size was 3mm. I checked with doctors , they said its too little and can be paased by its own no medication required but I proactively got it scanned and found the no increased to 4😢😢😢 Please suggest...

My wife aged 58 years has left cortical cyst of 20mm is it neccesary for it to be operated? she has this urge of urinating and some times with blood in urine please advise
