I am 26 years old and have a problem of hypertension since last 4 to 5 years.

you need a detailed work up for young hypertension. Better to do serum electrolytes, color doppler of Renal Vessels, urea and serum creatinine. if you have head ache, palpitations and and fluctuations in blood pressure, then Do urinary metanephrines and nor metanephrines. consult with a general physician or cardiologist also
