Burning urination
My urine tests are absolutely clear multiple times. Over 4-5 months. This is I got an ultrasound of the lower abdomen and there were some echoes in the bladder. So far I have been on a constant dose of neeri syrup which gives me some relief but is not solving the problem because upon discontinuation the burning and discomfort comes back. The ultrasound is attached.

Do a urine culture and sensitivity test. based on the findings, we can plan for further treatment. If you have issues with passing urine, then Do a Uroflowmetry and post void residual urine assessment as well
