I have to go for urinating frequently but quantity of urine is very less each time. Also feeling some burning and little pain. My Urination  activity is not smooth as it was earlier. Please advise

Hi Doctor, My mother's report shows her urea-82, creatinine-3.9 ,uric acid-7.2 , Hb- 7.7. For low Hb she's recommended Inj.Orofer( Ferric Carboxymaltose Injection) . She is been advised for no salt intake in her diet & to stay hyderated . My concern is that Orofer injection will be given through drip mixed in saline solution. Will it be safe ? I hope the content of saline solution of injection will not harm her as she is been advised not to take salt as it can effect kidney function. So pls guide whether she should take this injection for low Hb or not ?

My father in law is found HIV positive last month and his treatment is going in IGIMS patna. In addition, he has some kidney and urinary problem. His syrum creatinine is high and haemoglobin is very low. He is always used to go toilet in every half and hour since two month. He has also some fever issue. His body temperature is always above 100°F. So he has become very weak.
