UTI _ urine retention

Scan report says 175cc urine is retaining in her bladder causing frequent uti. It happen very frequently. Always on some antibiotics or other. Advice correct action for this problem

UTI problem.

Recently I have done Urine Routin Test and the quantity of PUS cells is 5-6/ h.p.f..Also Albumin and sugar are traced in Urine. Epithelial cells are present(++) also. But there is no growth of Bacteria in Culture test..One year ago i am suffering from UTI and after taking some medicines(Prescribed by an Urologist) I felt better. What should I do now? I have diabetis.
