Hi sir, i got ultra sound reports in that reports i have extra renal pelvic in left side kidne and ecotexture is normal and size is 10.3×4.5cm what is that which medication is use.

From last 3.5 years i have been consulting with 3 different homeopathy doctors consultants with continuing homeopathy medication for my scrotum cysts/sebacious cysts of 3( large,Medium,Small).6 months ago the very small one is gone but little spot is there but other two slowly becoming large ,today i consult a urologist for that purpose,he told me to remove this by operation with ultrasound report ,i'm confused if i remove this later it will come or not ? any other way without operation?plz help
