Kidney Problems

I was having burning sensation during urination from last 4 days. Medical report says that there are trace of proteins with pus cells (40-55) and rbc (20-25). I am taking medicines. It subsided on the very first day of taking medicine but again on the next day it started.

I m 26 years old my hemoglobin is 15.50 and blood serum creatinine is 1.27 and gfr rate is 78 and I m not feeling any problem in my body the test was only done for routine check up

My father having A cyst in left kidney approx 3 cm...and this cyst giving major problem like back pain,lack in appetite,headache, stomach pain etc. On 27 November 2017 we got our whole abdomen USG report and got cyst.. Being patient of heart, prostate taking medicines regularly. My creatinine is 1.14. 2 to 3 pus cells in Urine. Having less quantity of Urine. Suggest treatment
