Fever and headache
My urine test report indicates presence of nitrate and protein traces of 10mg/dl. Also RBC is ranging from 0-1. Constant headache and fever. Body pain and severe back pain.

Do you have any urine complaints? If the fever is recent one without urine symptoms, then this urine report may be incidental finding. See a physician first, decide about the cause of fever. If it is urine infection, then he/she will treat and repeat the test after 7 days.
