Kidney Problems

I get pain or best described as a muscle cramp on my left lower back side of my body. This pain remains for sometime and vanish once I drink a lot of water or pass urine or pass stool. Could this be gastric or kidney stone problem?

My stone size as per the NCCT is 21 × 15 mm ( 970 HU ) what does it mean stone is big or small. What is the size in mm then
