Kidney Problems

Since last month i have been suffering from frequent urination(with the volume of urine being more). Each time i eat medicine the symptoms gets suppressed and when i leave medication it comes back. I was on a prescribed course of flavoxate 200mg twice a day for 5 days recently. After it has ended its the 2nd day of me being without medication. The urination is less than before and i try to hold the urine as much as possible and creating much time gap so that my bladder gets trained.. but when my bladder is full i sometimes feel very slight muscle cramp/feel of slight discomfort at the top right corner of my bladder(very very slight) and that also when i walk or cough hard.. so can this be IC symptoms? But i heard if you have IC you get frequent urination with less amount of urine. But my urine volume is more! And also flavoxate reduces the frequency... please help me. And my age is 21, m a boy. This prblem staryed around February 7-8th.

My 5 year boy sonography report showing Mild dilatation pf p.c. system is seen both the kidney. Urinery bladder is seen in over distension. Is there any worry or just need medition. I went for cough problem 1 week ago but yesterday night his stomach having pain then doctor ask for sonography and urine report. THERE IS A PROBLEM OF YELLOWISH URINE FOR 3-4 MONTHS. I WAS DIAGONISED WITH UTI...TOOK SEVERAL MEDICINES...ALL THE REPORTS WERE GOOD....NOTHING FOUND IN ULTRASONOGRAPHY THE PROBLEM IS GONE...BUT I NOTICED YELLOWISH URINATION FROM THE TIME... USUALLY WHEN I AM AT HOME THE PROBLEM IS NOT SEEN...AFTER DRINKING EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF WATER URINE GETS NORMAL... BUT IF I DONT DRINK WATER TOO OFTEN(3-4 hours) YELLOWISH URINATION IS SEEN... IS IT NORMAL???

Two days ago I started developing symptoms of urine infection, as i am familiar with it and had it in the last year 5 times, i could spot the signs. by the evening it got worse and i started taking D mannose. I never took it before to treat ogoing infection, just to prevent. Next day, after taking about 5 spoons of d mannose, i started having severe pain and feeling of bloatness in my stomach, during the night the pain reached my back under the ribs, what makes me wonder if it is my kidneys.
