Kidney Problems

I got to know 2 year before that i have small and ectopic right kidney then i had many ultrasound ivp also in every ultrasound my ryt kidney was small and ectopic almost half the size of ryt kidney but before 2 days i had ultrasound in which my kidney was normal infact bigger than left kidney my ryt kidney was 9.8cm in size and left was 8.3 cm. hows it possible is kidney grow in adult also should i go to doctor or it is normal

She has APLA syndrome and under following medications since 2010. Consulting rheumatoid specialist but recently shifted to Delhi from Bhubaneshwar. HCQS-400 Warfarin 5 Losartan 25 Recently she developed vaginitis. Need your suggestions .
