Kidney stones
I am having 7.3mm stone in lower pole of kidney.do i need surgery or it will pass spontaneously.also i am feeling nausea and lower abdominal pain from past 3 days.i dont know is this because of stones or anything else

7.3 mm stone may not go by itself. Get a CT KUB for correct stone measurement. Best option is to get RIRS done.
