Kidney Problems

My pee will sometimes be cloudy and others will seem like white streaks floating around. got tested for STDs negative and UTI was negative was told it was crystals in my kidney from not drinking water but even when i do still does not seem like normal pee

My niece do toilet on bed while sleeping at night time. Doctor prescribed her amitriptyline hydrochloride tablet 10 mg which is for depression, liver disease etc as I searched its uses in google. So I am worried that this medication is good for her or not . One other medication is there for same urinary problem is prescribed to her. Name is Cystran 2.5 mg which is alright for me. But I am worried about tryptomer. Please solve my problem.

I have been facing problem to urinate from last couple months. Sometime it urge to pee. Nothing comes out then I drink glass of water then I go to pee but meantime its start to pain on bladder. Sometimes pee comes normal. I consulted with MBBS doctor as well he told to go for USG KUB. My reports are normal. Then he gave me UTI infection tablets and syrup. I took medicine but same problem. Please help me out what should I do.
