Kidney Problems

I am a 27 year old male Two months ago I had a UTI and had to urinate a lot. My GP prescribed me antibiotics and other meds alongside. However, my bladder never got back to normal. After some bladder training excercise, I usually go every three hours. On better days I have to go 4 to 5 times in a day. If however I pee twice within an hour, I seem to have to go 10-12 times a day. Plus, it seems the emptier my bladder is the more i have to go. I had ultrasound and urine test done. All was clear.

My seven month baby has right ectopic kidney in right lower abdomen. cystic dilation of right distal ureter in to urinary blader. -S/O Right ureterocele. please give suggestion what should i do
