Kidney Problems

I have kidney stone in right upper pole colyx of right kidney. How to dissolve this? Or does it require surgery?

I am having selekon xl 50 mg at morning and telma40 at evening for blood pressure. My pressure is within normal range. I am feeling tired and dry mouth, metallic taste with rashes in foot as shown in picture. The rashes were there before too when i was having esam-5,after changing to telma 40 it was stopped but it's showing again. Also attached my blood urin test

I am 50 yrs old, having BP olmesartan am and calostrol Rosuvas10 medicine, recently taking itrasys 100mg from last two months. Got my body check up and my othr conditions are fine but my creatinine is 0.62, though it should be abv 0.67. Though Urea is 19 and uric acid 5.7 which is within range. this okay for to worry about pls suggest. Thnks

Is it ok to take a dose of Duphalac(Lactulose syrup) and Urimax(tamsulosin hydrochloride) together? Are they any drug interactions observed?

My mom had several stomach pain and upon checking CT KUB,we were said that mild hydroureteronephrosis,calculus measuring about 6mm in right VUJ,slightly Edemaous in right VUJ,caculus of 3mm in mid pole,Right kidney measures 10.3 x 4.7cm. The doctor was literally threatening us that my mom need to undergo surgery immediately else it will lead to kidney failure. But when I consulted another doctor he said that it doesn't require surgery and could be cured by medicines itself. Attached the CT report. Please advise.
