Kidney Problems

Dear doctor I had a full body health checkup and the report says that I have multiple cysts in both kidney largest measuring 2.7cms. The bipolar length of right kidney is 9.9cm and left kidney is 11.1cm. The parenchymal thickness of right kidney is 1.1 and that of left kidney is 1.5.There is no evidence of calculus or hydronephrosis. I am very tensed so please help me out and let me know the steps that I should take to get well soon. Also if there is any food that I should avoid or have then please do let me know. Thank you .

2 days before I do frenuloplasty,but a thin piece of frenulum is still attached,is there any problem with that,any chances of getting ripped again after somedays???

Sir /Madam I am a 45yrs/male ,I'm having pain at renal side since 1month. Now get done the sonograpgy it shows that Right renal pelvic region calculi of 20.5mm with Hydronephrosis with fatty liver. So sir it can be get reduced & passes out or not With medication. Or It will get removed through surgery..? So what can I do now...? Please suggest me..?!

From one week there is irration during urination and feel in the bladder also. There is weakness akso. And numbness in the left leg and sometimes the sole of the feet gets heated and then comes to normal. Plz advice proper treatment.

Hi. I am 28 year old female and done my urine regular test and the report as pus cell 10-12, epithelial cell 10-12 , rbc's 15-20, bacteria - present and albumin trace in my urine. I have done the test on first day of my period. is it a normal urine infection or anything else??
