Kidney Problems

My father had urine culture test and report says as below. Growth of urethral flora in urine. Please explain is any issue in report or its normal report.

I am facing the issue of frequent urination and I have a little pain in lower abdomen. Last time it happened was 4 months ago and I was given the antibiotics but it has come back again.

I am having 7.3mm stone in lower pole of kidney.do i need surgery or it will pass spontaneously.also i am feeling nausea and lower abdominal pain from past 3 days.i dont know is this because of stones or anything else

Left kidney show normal function with hydronephrotic changes and stone in its inferior and middle calyces. Left ureter is dilated till its lower end and shows stone in its lower third.

I have a kidney stone of 6.7 mm in right upper ureter with mild hydronephrosis & hydroureter , i m getting so much of pain & i consuming veltam 0.4 , is it neccesary to operate or itself stone is removed plzz do the need full help

Got urine protein 24 hr 862 mg and retestrd after a week came 170mg , i am diabetic past 5 years. But my all reports are fine gfr is 120 and no symptoms like swelling and all. Please suggest test to verify so that i can have my diet aligned

Already i am following some medications frim past 3 days last days was i am fine but today again got fever

24 years old male, dark yellow urine since 3-4 months is the problem. no burning sensation, no pain while urinating, not on medications, sometimes headache which is more when stressed. No such history of pain in abdomen. He drinks 3-4 litres of water daily, still the urine is yellow in colour. What might be the diagnosis and what should we do for the treatment?
