Check a urine flow speed with Uroflowmetry and post void residual urine assessment. Most important is the presence of mass lesion in the upper part of left kidney. You would need a CT KUB scan region to assess the mass, it could be malignant. Upload the reports for a online consultation or visit a Urologist nearby soon.
