Burning sensation after urination
I have done ultrasound in that report right kidney is 80mm and left kidney is 110 my right kidney is smaller from birth, no other major issues I have done blood  creatinine levels report attached, I have done urine culture and routine both are negative but when I go to urine after urination it will be burning for few hours and it will go off, again after urination it will burn for some hours, I have done urine routine no infection I have done urine culture no infection I have creatinine levels test it's normal but why the burning sensation.

u need to get the kidney evaluated using CT scan +/- MCU. if kidney is smaller from birth, we need to look y is it small and if its functioning or not. If not, u are literally on one kidney and u need to be careful in future regarding drugs u take and avoiding contact sports. As far as burning is concerned, if u have been inadequately been treated with antibiotics, urine reports may come out as normal though the symptoms may still persist. Consult your urologist with all the reports
