My prostrate has increased to 75mm
I have problems during urination. The flow is thin and takes time to urinate. In the urination dripping also happen. Please advise me what I should do.

U need to get USG scan of abdomen done with post void residual volume measurement. That till tell us prostate size. We will need to check PSA also. Medical management can be started
