Kidney Problems

Hello Doctor My brother s.cretanine varies between 1.0- 1.2 since last 2 years. In a regular medical check-up, sonography revealed that his left kidney is smaller. Today he has gone through renogram DTPA result of which is attached. Please let me know what are findings of the report.. Also please comment that n gfr in the report. I have burning sensation while peeing and urine is not coming like it does normally . I have been drinking water properly

When urine is passing through the tube it's like same to ant bite. I do my urine's RE&ME test and also culture test and take ALKASOL syrup but don't improve what is the reason for it

Hi Doctor , my mom is been advised to take mircera inj.with Orofer inj. (Both in one day) as she's having Hb-7.7, creatinine level is 3.9, urea-82, Uric acid is 7.2. I wish to know is it okay to take both injections in one day and does they have any side effects. Pls guide!
