Kidney Problems

Uti like symptoms, pressurenin bladder burning down below, pain when bladder is full. Have been tested for std nothing. Oddly the symptoms seem to disappear in the morning and I don’t feel anything until a couple of hour later when I get to work and then I’m very uncomfortable all day and feel like the uti is present.
