Kidney Problems

Hi, I am facing this issue of urine leaked very frequently...as soon as my brain knows I have to pass my urine...it get leaks...unable to control

I've been having a problems in my urine. According to google its called strangury. I've been suffering when i go to pee.

I have a problem , that my fore skin of mybpenis cant fully pull back, and if i go to a general practitioner for treatment ,is that will be better or notm kindly helped me plss...

Since yesterday i constantly have to pee and its very frequent and i cant hold it but when i do pee not much comes out and there is blood in the urine and i believe i have a uti or sti but i dont know which

There is a continuous pain in my lower right side(kidney area probably i guess) and sometimes it continues for a long time but not so painful. On and off condition... My diet is completely vegetarian. Alcohol - 2-3times i have ever tried so far in my entire life.

Sir / Mam kindly advise a pain reliever due to kideny stone immediately as i m not in a situation right now to consult doctor in clinic

Years ago I was diagnosed with urinary retention and gold to drink only when thirsty. Now I was told to drink more to flush toxins. But I don't want to agravate this bladder issue. What can be my water intake, enough to flush toxins and safe for the bladder and kidneys?

My friend was hospitalized last week with high blood pressure and grade 4 hypertension retinopathy. Later after all tests doctor told it's stage 5 chronic kidney disease and his serum creatinine is 5.6. He never got any symptoms and no family history too about this. Is it curable ? Can transplantation gives 100% cure to this ? He is just 24years old. Please suggest what have to be done and how to overcome​ it.

I feel my urethra is not normal it's something fat and pain during urination what is causes for this and what i do?
