My urine don't form properly and it doesn't come out easily. Worried about it and even for my digestive system because I take around 30 mins to get fresh and after eating food, I feel very heavy and I go to washroom get fresh every time. Please suggest me what to do?

pus cell:2-4/hpf
EPITHELILAL CELL:1-2/hpf
R.B.C : 1-3/hpf
Everything is normal except RBC (1-2/hpf) which should be absent in normal condition.
Should I worry?
