What is the injection course for a gonoreha male patient and how long is the treatment

I am experiencing pelvic pain for a couple of days. It hurts when I press my tummy. It hurts when my bladder is full. I feel I am having the urge to urinate more than usual. But my urine is normal. No foul smell, no colour change. Also no burning sensation during urination. I also feel uncomfortable at the left side of my tummy, no pain but feeling uncomfortable. What do I do?

Serum creatinine level has reached 1.18.i want to know it is normal or need to go for medicine . please suggest

1.41 blood serum cretaine my father has he is gradually loosing weight his age is 54 and is of 5ft 6 inch He is a diabetic patient and a has high blood pressure but after taking medicine it is in control He was been advised to have bengreat4 for pressure and takes half Glipsov M20/500 after break fast and dinner and with it he was been advised to take Upgrade K2 and Fitster tablets but i am not sure if he is taking right medication cuz high protien and calcium will effect his kidney will the medication will effect his blood serum Cretaine.How should i look after his weight a doc suggested to take insulin but we don't want to give him insulin

My father has CKD and he is currently undergoing for dailysis since 4 months.. He has diabetes and blood pressure are normal in range. Now he's s.creatine level is 9. 8 mg/dl and is there any possibility to avoid dailysis and recover through medicines or ayurvedic or homeopathy or there is only chance left to survive on  optional of kidney transplant.

I am a CKD patient , I suffering  from 4 years,   initially problem Renal Anaemia, blood disorder HB 5.5 ,  blood not increase weakness, sleeping , heart sound etc

I urinated in a western toilet in a train and I'm having problems urimating since then, the urge of urination is very frequent specially when I'm hungry it's unbearable, I have tried fas 3 kit but it's back after two days....Please help.
