Kidney Problems

My brother is paraplegic and is suffering from UTI....He also has G6pd deficiency since childhood .... please let me know what are the drugs we don't have to consume...

I am facing dificulty while urinate and need to apply pressure to urinate and Urine stream is low. Did cystoscopy and the output is high bladder neck only no other issue. Prostate and urethra are normal. I feel tightness at the bladder neck all the time. Also urine smells badly however there is no UTI on reports And post void resdue is 46 ml. Suuffering from this since last 1 year. Doctor told me to take Alfoo tablet  for lifetime. Is it safe to take Alfoo for lifetime. Is there any permanent treatment available except surgery . Can Alfoo tablet harm prostate? Can it lead to prostate cancer?

I am having pain while passing stool for last 3-4 days. The pain persists even after an hour and then subsides. This condition used to arise  earlier also sometimes but for not more than a day and would get cured automatically. For last 2-3 years I have to go to toilet twice in the morning to clear the stomach or else it gives problem after lunch in office. I also want to know about possibility of colon cancer and what all tests do you suggest to cure this problem. Meanwhile suggest me some ointment or medicine.

Hi, i am a student of 25yrs. For last 3 months i am not having my periods. Prior to this i was taking medication of Ovral L prescribed by my doctor who operated me earlier 2015. I was diagnosed with hameroid cyst. After that i kept on my medication going on for 3 yrs but whenever I stopped taking medication i didn't get any normal natural period. Its like if i take medication then only i will have my period otherwise not. In such scenario i have gained immense weight around 15kgs over the years. Please help me in what way without any medication i can have normal period.

Have one working kidney and Friday night I did a terrible thing. I drank a pitcher of margaritas. I honestly didn't mean to and I try not to drink often and when I do I limit my drinks to about two at a time but I am totally freaking out about this. Should I be worried?

I have Protein in urine 15mg/dl and PCR is 0.032mg/mg . I have this problem for one month. Every time my urinalysis shows 15mg/dl protein and it is always same. My BP is 125-140/70-85. No diabetes. I have UTI 4 Months back and I was taking bacstol for 3 months. Then I start taking Sulfamethoxazole 160/800 twice daily. And since then I was facing this problem with less urine output. Now I stopped the medicine 15 days ago. But still protein coming in urine. My eosinophil is 1800 and ESR is 22. What could be the causes? Plz reply... what should I do?
