My mother diagnosed with stone at lower calyx of right kidney. What is the type of surgery suggested and can we go for surgery if PUS cell are around 30-40 HPF in microscopic examination.

She has 15-20 puss so what kind of treatment should be given to her and what are precaution we should take with her she is of just 6 months old.
