I have these assymetry in these andomen area, i mean fat is more on left side than right is it normal

Have albumin 1+,puscells 6-8hpf in my urine.and i am taking medicines for last 20 days.My creatine level is 1.0 n serum urea is 20.I am taking medicines as neopride total;,nephvit, Nexitoplus.n also protein powder.I have been selected for NCC training for 3 months.my age is 36.can U advice me whether i will go for training.i am healthy .

Are both kidney affected in CKD or only one? If someone has to go to transplant both kidneys how much is this going to be cost in metro cities?
