Kidney Problems

Hi, i am having problem of urinating frequently about 10 to 15 times a day, as well as i feel sudden urgency to pee and not able to hold urine for too long.I went for urine test and below are results attached in an image.Please see the report and help me with this problem.

For the past many years I get pain on left and right side of my stomach. It is like stomach feeling bloated on both sides. I also have constipation problem and also urinate unknowingly at night. I am 35 years married man. Due to constipation I also get slight deep pain at anus. I checked with doctor but he says I am suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. This has been a daily issue for me. Please suggest a possible solution and whom to consult. I m a occasional drinker

When I urinate I find the commode filled with a foamy layer created on the urine. Please suggest whether it is due to some kind of problem or it's nothing to worry about

Hi doctor , this is my cousins report . He is suffering from so much pain and im so concerned about him . We referred to so hospitals here but they not telling exactly what's going on . So please help us with this about what is happening to him . I have attached his scanning report him . Hoping you will kindly refer them for the exact situation . Doctor I am observing that whene'er I pass urine I notice it is in light green always. what might be the reason.any medications required?
