I have abdomen pain for past 3 days during urine bladder fills and during emptying. When I press the abdomen also pain persists

Sir i have kidney stone in left kidney moderate hydro ureteronephorosis with proximal ureteric caliculi measures-7.3mm I have severe pain when iwant to consult doctor he told compulsory surgery plaese give correct suggestions and tell the medicine to slove the problem

As per scan reports I have kidney stones. Right kidney shows calculus measuring 4mm in mid pole Left kidney shows multiple tiny calculi largest measuring 3mm in mid pole.. I need to know can this size stones be cured by medicine or should I undergo any kind of procedure?

Or will take other medicine , please pescribe me. I am very nervous. Please advise. Please advise.
