Kidney Problems

I am getting continuous pain once in 5mins... Flow wise pain in my pennies.. And also there is an urine urgency.. Two weeks back I had very severe stomach pain plus burning in urine.. Consulted doctor he suggested tablets and asked me to take more water I am doing that but still I am suffering with pain and urine urgency. Please suggest me what could be the reason for this and how to get rid of it!?

Urine routine examination ony09. 06.18 RBC 2-3/hpf WBC 25-30/hph After 10days course of Norflox400and5days i.e. ऑन24. 06.18 RBC 3-4/hpf WBC 2-3/hpf Is it normal? Do need further meditation? WHY RBC has slightly gone up. I have still little burning sensetion and urine is acidic i consumer appox. 3 litres water per day
