We have taken ct scan in lower abdomen , can you help to analyse it. It was urinary tract infection which spread to kidneys

From your CT reports look like you have combination of pyelonephritis with Renal Abscess Mostly it happens in diabetic or obstructive Uropathy Treatment consistof higher Antibiotics along with DJ stenting depends upon if patient has papillary necrosis
