Kidney Problems

Two cortical cyst measuring 1.8×1.9cm and 1.1×1.0cm are seen in upper pole with internal septation and lower pole respectively. This is my mom kidney position. Her left kidney is removed. Can u exactly tell me what is her position and problem.

After feeling of pressure cant hold urine to take ipennis out of pant or 1 or two steps frm urinal it discharge i am dieabtic but its in control fasting avrage is 110 by medicine without medicine its 125 after taking lil sweets after. Lunch n dinner

My age is 31. My uric acid level is 8.9, I am getting joint pains.
