Kidney Problems

I had a pain my upper back side , aslo feel pain in chest , both side had pain since 5day,  i take etosine mr and pantop d, earlier i diagonost with urinary tract infection doctor said still infection had there. Feel severally pain i mentioned area, can anyone tell me what is it??

Last year 6/2017 prostate size is 28.7 cm now on 6/2018 the size is 30.9 cm.. After urination slightly burning sensation...while urinating no pain and no obstruction
