Hi, I am taking Alfoo from last 5 months due to slow urination, after cystoscopy according to doctor i had tight urethral external sphincters muscle. I did full body checkup and urine report this week. Everything is normal except vitamin d - 15ng/dl. Creatinine - 0.86 Urine report - normal. Now, I am not understanding why i am having back pain after urination many times, is it due to slow flow or due to Alfoo?? Please answer my question if you see this

In Last 15-20 days, I got pain while urinating before that for like an year whenever I drank less water, next day my clitoris will start hurting badly & to get relief I used to drink around 2 ltr water in 1/2 hr. Last week I got my urine test done & found its UTI as Klebsiella bacteria got detected in urine culture. Got fosfomycin Eberth 3g powder to drink & was told that it will work in my body for 3 days. After 5-6 days of having it, I still get burning. Please suggest what to do. :(
