Kidney Problems

I have done sonography of abdomen after completing lithotripsy and RIRS...the sonography report says... Left upper renal 4 mm echodensity without shadowing. This means what???is thr anything to worry about?is this normal?

Hi Doctor, I am 25 years old male, working as a computer operator, Iam feeling a warming sensation in right upper thigh and lower abdomen from last month, but not having any pain there, I have calculus (stones) measuring 5mm in right kidney, which scanning reports shown. , Due to the warming sensation I could not concentrate on anything, I am really scared doctor. Can you please tell me about the causes and how to diagnose the above said problem.

Sonography report says  kidney - appears normal in size,shape and echo pattern with maintained cortico-Medullary differentiation. A3 mm sized calculus is seen in middle pol calyx. A 8-9 mm lower ureteric calculus is seen 4-5 cm away from vesico ureteric junction with resultant mild hydronephrosis and proximal hydroureter. Urinary bladder : is optimally distended and appears normal with normal wall thickness. No obvious mobile vesical calculus or mass lesion seen. Just to add i have my right leg fracture from 6 weeks and been sitting home with Plaster. I got in to pain on Sunday night and being on painkillers till date. Yesterday afternoon the sonography was done and since then no pain today morning till i went to latrine. I had taken Novoflam SP on Sunday night til Tuesday morning then took Asonac - 100. Please revert in case of any further information required.

I’ve been experienced really hard to pee for almost 2 weeks And now every time I pee, I feel much pain

Having burning sensation in urine and slight pain in lower abdomen since 5 days. It comes and goes. Mostly occur during night and morning.

Area beside sensitive part got scratch and swelling. Haven't used any medicine yet. Using towel to clean the watness. Please suggest some tablets or creams

My wife experienced blood in urine today morning. It was not much she ignored it. Later evening she again got some blood while urinating. She has no problem of any sort in urinary tract. She has kidney stones of 6mm & 10mm but she didn't had any pain or anything while urinating. Also, this kind of problem never occurred before. Currently she is not taking any kind of medication. What can be the problem and which specialist should be consulted for this problem in Raipur.

Dear Doctor, my mom is 62 yrs. She's having swelling in her feet, lack of appetite, vomtting, uneasiness & pale skin (Hb-7.1).Her Sodium- 120, potassium- 3.18, phosphorus- 5.5, Creatinine- 5.3,urea -140. She's on dytor-20. But of no use. Kindly guide what to do?

Please tell me for urine culture and urine routine test is it required to give 1st urine in the morning or it doesn't not matter
