Patient has PUS cells is 40-50 (normal range should be 0-5hpf) and epithelial cells is 2-3.. please describe the causes and how to cure? please let me know When can he take a niftran100mg tablets (morning or noon or night)?

He is having urine infection..kindly do ultrasound of kub and then get back..till then give niftran at night...
