Frequent Urination + Urge to pee
The past 2 years, I have struggled with frequent urination and the constant urge to pee, accompanied by occasional lower back pain (sometimes only on the left side) & abdominal pain. I go to walk in clinics or to see my GP and they've tested me for diabetes, UTIs & pregancy, which have always come back negative. There is never blood or bacteria in my urine to cause concern. I'm wondering what this could be? I am scared it's cancer as I seem to have many of the symptoms.

It can be overactive bladder, need to evaluate in person. Please get ultrasound KUB with prevoid volume and PVR
