Puj obstruction in left kidney.
My ct scan report says-The pelvi-celyceal system is grossly dilated with normal left upper ureter s/o puj obstruction. And two years ago my ct scan report says that moderate hydroneprosis is seen in left kidney with mild cortical loss, bolloning of pelvis and narrowing at left puj .normal excretion of contrast is seen in left kidney. But not pain in my body or no changes .only light problem is that urine demand in per 2 or 3 hour And now my doctor refer me to Aiims new delhi. Plz advise me.

The very fact that hydronephrosis is progressing suggests significant puj obstruction. The only chance of saving kidney is by surgery. I would suggest you to get it as early as possible to prevent permanent loss of kidney
