Can anyone tell me if CT Scan for Kidney Urogram Radiology is painful or not? Does the dye procedure pain? And How long does it take the complete procedure?

It is not a painful procedure. Contrast instillation might cause a bit of difficulty though. Duration of ct scan depends on how many phases we need to acquire. Normally it is over by 10-15 mins , but if delayed phase is also needed then would be asked to wait for 2-3 hrs.
