Prostate enlargement treatment ?

Hi. I'm suffering from prostate enlargement 55cc and 17cc post voidable residue. I too have bladder stone of 16mm. S.PSA is : 3.58ng/ml . Currently I'm using Tamdura tablet once in a day.
