Kidney Problems

My friend was diagnosed with viral infection in intestine. The doc said that the intestine is not able to digest anything he is eating and nothing is getting absorbed in the blood. He underwent a dialysis for one time. Is dialysis used for intestinal infection as well? Are there any side effects of dialysis?

I had UTI last month with e coli more than 1 lakh count. I was treated with niftas and amox antibiotics. However I am still having Urethra pain and abdominal pain. My current urine culture shows no organism. Kindly advise.

My son is diagnosed with hydronephrosis, left kidney - puj obstruction. He is 55 days old now. Allopathy Doctor has suggested to undergo a surgery for him when he is 1 year old. But before performing surgery I wanted to know if there is treatment other than surgery in Ayurveda or homeopathy. In allopathy the doctors have already confirmed that there is no medicine to resolve this other than performing surgery, since there is an obstruction in the tubes which doesn't allow the urine to flow from the kidney to the bladder.
