Kidney Problems

2 days ago I walked into a flooded area(flood is up to my waist). When I got home I immediately took a bath. But the day after that until now, I am experiencing pain everytime I pee and an never ending urge to pee but my pee is so little. Today, my pee has a blood in it. Dark red. What does it mean? Btw my period is due tomorrow so I'm also experiencing abdominal cramps. & I don't think that the blood is because of my upcoming period because this is the first time I experienced this. Thankyou.

Dr.Pramod jethwani Thanks a lot for the reply sir I am having almost 2 litres of  water per day.whether I have to increase the fluid intake or else will it cause formation of another stone. Also I wanna know I had all my kidney stones in left kidney,in future is there any chance of right kidney getting affected by kidney stones Awaiting your reply 🙏🙏

I drink less water on daily basis I don't know if that will impact my kidney or I should go and check my kidney can you suggest some check up that I can do to for my kidney just wanted to know if my kidney is good or not

Annual health check up has given Total Protein at 5.97, Globulin at 2.08, Blood urea at 14.66, Blood urea nitrogen at 6.85, total cholesterol at 202, LDL at 154.71, LDL/HDL ratio at 3.87, TCL/HDL at 5.05, Normal size lever, Both kidney normal and reveal marginally raised cortical echogenicity with maintaiñed corticomedullary differentiation to rule out early medical renal disease. Mild Prostatomegalh. Bilateral simple cysts. All other tests normal. Pl advise if I need any treatment for tests outside range as given above

Urination every 10 minuts since morning and tightness of abdomen weaknesses feeling no burning micturation

He has been on Tamsulosin + Dutasteride for a about 5yrs now, but he has to urinate a lot. Can i give him Prostagard(Silodosin+Dutasteride) If yes should it be 4mg or 8mg Silodosin?

I have done mcug test after that blood is coming in urine and pain in the urinary bladdder continous blood is passing whenever im going to toilet

I had pain in right kidney and burning while peeing.I thought it UTI and took levoflaxcin and tonoflex p tablets. Burning while peeing is gone but i still have pain in right kidney and now i feel numbness and tingling in arms legs and head while trying to sleep.

HI sir, i have a kidney stone on 4mm and 4.5 mm total 6 stones 3 my both the kidney, and this is fifth time which is formed in right kidney,, can i go with lithotripsy tretment to remove the stones from both kidney... and there is any solutions to stop kidneys stones,,,
