Hi . I'm suffering from prostate enlargement 55cc and 17cc of post voidable residue.Bladder stone 16mm available. Looking to go with surgery. So what is the best method between TURP and HOLEP , why ? Please provide your comments.

I am suffering from gastric and prostate enlargement, report enclosed. Frequent urination and going for stool three to four times a day is common for me. Please advise,I am taking medicine as per prescription enclosed

Blood test shows Total Proteins at 5.97, Globulin at 2.08, Blood Urea at 14.66 , Blood Urea Nitrogen at 6.85, LDL Choleterol at 154.71, LDL/HDL ratio at 3.87 , TCL/HDL ratio at 5.05, Abdominal Ultrasound says Both Kidneys are normal in  and reveal marginally raised cortical echogenicity with maintained corticomedullay differentiation to rule out early Medical renal disease. All other reports are normal. Pl advise if I need to go for any treatment. I am taking Telma AM 40 daily since last 8 years and Thyronorm 50 daily since last 5 years. No other problem. BP remain normal with medication.

Sir, I have done some tests related to lipid profile, lever and kidney function test. My Uric acid is 7.3, triglycerides is 236, HDL is 39, VLDL 47.2, Alanine Aminotransference is 65, Gamma Glutamyl Transferace is 75, RBC is5.54, Neutrophils is 39, Lymphocytes is 52.6 and Absolute Lymphocytes Count is 3.89. Please suggest if something not right or should I need to visit any speciality doctor for checkup. Thanks Prashant

Last three months creatinine level is not reducing below 4.3 after medication, the kidney function is proper. Only symptoms observed low appetite, nausea & weakness .. what's the cause/ what advice ?

Good noon Doctor's I had lithotripsy before few months to remove 7mm stone in the left kidney but the problem is I have another stone in the size of 4mm in the same kidney.Again I'm not ready to face that heavy pain and undergo operation.so please suggest me how I can "dissolve the 4mm stone".
