Kidney Problems

Hi Doctor, I have going to gym since a month now and have been asked by my trainer to have protein and creatine as dietary supplements. I just want to ask what all the precautions I need to take when I am consuming the same . Will it have any side effects if I consume protein and creatine

From the last 2 hours or so I feel that I am leaking urine but it’s not leaking why am I getting that feeling .

Sir, two days ago i found d uric acid level of my wife (29 years old) as 6.0 mg/dl. Is it too high in comparison to her age and does she need to take any medicine as of now to lower it..Moreover what type of diet is preferable for her and what type of food she should avoid? Presently she is physically almost fine.. Her present creatinine level is 0.8 n she does not hv sugar or thyroid prblms...
