Unable to pass urine completely. During abdominal scan I was discovered with bladder stone with 16mm and prostate was enlarged with 55CC. My question is do I need to go with prostate surgery to remove prostate tissue? Or talking tablets is sufficient after smashing the stone with bladder? Please advise. Can I avoid prostate surgery ? What are the complications with both the surgery (blasting stone and prostate enlargement )

Since 2 weeks I feel like I am having urine infection so I took alkacitral syrup for 2 days at 2 time. After 2 days I felt better so I stopped taking syrup. Now I started feeling pain while urinating. Please suggest me some medicine which is effective to my problem. Thank you
