Kidney Problems

I was suffering from urinary tract infection and now it is completely cured. Also, I have no infection in the bladder, kidney or uterus nor I have diabetes, still I have the constant urge to pee and irritation down there. Now I have 1-2 pus cells and S.Aureus is 10^3 cfn/ml (in urine culture report) and the report says it's all back to normal. Please help me with my problem, it is really affecting my everyday life.

Creatinine level in blood is 0.65 and alkaline phosphatase is 149...what indicates these problems in future

Hi I am facing continous pain in my lower abdominal area which starts acute bt ends slowly in 15-20 minutes i gets repeatedly during d day my periods are due n dis tym of pain occurs every month when my period is about to start in a day or two but dis tym this pain is continuously there for whole month what could be probabe reason

When he get pressure of urinate he can do only 30/40% and he can't do all. And feels pain inside. Again after sometime gets pressure but can't do all. This happening fir the last 3/4 months. Attached is his test report

My starting of pee is taking 1 to 2 seconds longer than usual and i noticed it from last month in july and rest is good.Only it is taking time while the pee starting.
