What is the lithotripsy complications

I am a 30-years old male who is supposed to have a lithotripsy this week. Many people have informed me that it can be very painful. However, I am more concerned about the risks involved. So I would appreciate if someone from the medical community can inform me of the various lithotripsy complications.
