My father is an old diabetic patient, recently he had fever and low Sodium levels, we gave him Tvaptan 15mg for Sodium level rise and Electral also,. Today morning the blood sugar level was 529,, it never reached to such level in history.. Was it because of Tvaptan tablets OR Electral feed..??

Currently ongoing medicines on diabetes. tablet-tenlimac M 500 Inj-human mixtard  Inj-human Basalog. Sugar getting volatile, he is suffering from getting dizzy, not sleeping well sleep only less than 2 hours, daily toilets routines are disturbed comes after two three days , Loss of Appetite, not eating well, body pains in joint. pls suggest medicines accordingly. My age is 14 yrs only and Type 1 diabetic detected recently last 2 weeks before when I suffered 2 times with convergence. Present dose is Novarapid 10 ml -3 times and tresiba 10 ml one times in day. My request can I survives without insuline ? Or can changeover on tablets ? Waiting reply . Arpit

Hi, I have used Thyronorm for past 4 years. I have done my Thyroid profile test few days back and got my results as follows- T3-64 (Normal) T4-6.5 (Normal) TSH- 37.37 (Abnormal) I am on 100mcg Thyronorm during this test. On my previous test 5 months ago, I was using the same dosage of 100mcg and got my report as- T3-92 (Normal) T4-6.5 (Normal) TSH- 0.53 (Normal) During the last 5 months , I joined TCS and the amount of Stress has increased significantly. Especially in the last 2 months. Also I am on Night Shift for 1 month and I sleep during the day. 1)I wanted to ask for advice and proper dosage to follow to keep my Thyroid levels normal. 2)How to cope up with Panic attacks/ Stress and Shift in sleep cycle.
