Hormonal Imbalances

My sugars started dropping a couple days ago. I've stopped taking insulin but they don't stay above 100 for more than a couple hours. Should I be worried? My normal sugars without insulin are in the 350s.

5 months ago my blood sugar report was fasting – 107 and P.P – 241. Then I regulated my food habit and started exercise. Since then, every 1 or 2 month after my blood sugar level continue decreased the P.P reports like this 221,186,168 maintaining the same, now it is Fasting- 102 and P.P – 145. At this moment, do I have need to take medicine?
