I am 19 yr old male. I just got my blood tests report and it shocked me as my TSH is more than 150 but T3 and T4 are normal. Do I need to worry ? Is it normal ??

Sugar level before breakfast 180. After breakfast it is 288 What tablet for maintain normal level. Now I take glimipride 1m before breakfast and gluformin XL 500 after lunch. Whether I continue the same tablets.
